  • Receive new candidate matches by email. Send your job posting directly to qualified applicants and invite them to apply your openings
  • Connect with both students and alumni through the same system, as the Career Development Center utilizes eRecruiting the Experience product for students.
  • Benefit from active promotion of your new job postings to alumni in Arkansas, the United States and internationally.
  • eRecruiting Experience: eRecruiting Experience is a software package that allows students and alumni to search current part-time, full-time, co-op and internship job listings; sign up for on-campus interviews; and read about trends in business and industry and interesting career development information. Job and internship postings in eRecruiting Experience tend to be entry-level, mid-management and early professional positions.

  • Alumni eRecruiting Experience: The Arkansas Alumni Association in cooperation with the University’s Career Development Center has launched its new career product for alumni, the Arkansas Alumni Career Experience.  Experience is powering the platform for career networking and known as a recruiting industry leader since 1996. This new service will replace the job posting board that was available through the Association’s Online Community. You must be a member of the Alumni Association to gain access to this alumni job portal. For information regarding Alumni Association membership, please click here.

The Association and the Career Development Center are linked together through this service to allow employers, students and alumni convenient access to both systems.
