Help Train Students
If you are interested in helping train students by serving as a guest speaker, participating as a Job Shadow volunteer, interacting with Leadership Walton students, assisting with resume development and interview skills enhancement, please contact Heather Sprandel at hsprandel@walton.uark.edu.
Hire Students
It is easy to connect with talented students and alumni to fill available internships, cooperative education positions and/or full-time openings at your organization.
It is free and easy to post as many vacancies as you have available in our online job search system, eRecruiting Experience. All you need to do to post a job/internship vacancy is complete this short form available here::: Once your position is posted, eligible students and alumni will be able to review the posting and apply by submitting thier resumes to you through eRecruiting Experience. Submitted resumes will be sent directly to the contact person you provide us with at the time you complete the job/intern posting form.

Network with Students
Throughout the year, there are various ways for you to network with Walton College students. The evening before the Business Career Fair, the Career Center hosts a networking party at the Janelle Hembree Alumni House overlooking Razorback Stadium. Leadership Walton is a student program which blends academics, leadership and career development opportunities specifically designed to guide the student toward lifelong professional success.
