Hire Students

It is easy to connect with talented students and alumni to fill available internships, cooperative education positions and/or full-time openings at your organization.

It is free and easy to post as many vacancies as you have available in our online job search system, Razorback CareerLink (CareerLink). All you need to do to post a job/internship vacancy is complete a short form available here. Once your position is posted, eligible students and alumni will be able to review the posting and apply by submitting their resumes to you through CareerLink. Submitted resumes will be sent directly to the contact person you provide us with at the time you complete the job/intern posting form.

If you have a job announcement in another format that you'd like to send as an attachment, please contact Tommi Featherston directly at tfeatherston@walton.uark.edu.

Resume Books

If you would like to gain access to Walton College Resume Books, permission may be granted to approved organizations to view selected Resume Books.

• New Users to Razorback CareerLink --To request access to view Resume Books, you must complete Steps 1 and 2:
  • Step 1: Please click here; then Click “Register” and fill out the Company Information.
  • Step 2: Email Tommi Featherston to notify her of your interest in accessing Resume Books.
• Returning User to Razorback CareerLink -- To request access to view Resume Books, you must complete Step 1:

Once you receive access to the Resume Books, you will receive an email confirmation of this access and directions on how to search within the Resume Books.

Please note: If you have a job opening, the Walton College Career Center recommends you contact us to post this opportunity, so that we can help you connect with job candidates that fit your job profile.

 
**IMPORTANT** Resume Books may include outdated student information and resumes that have not been reviewed by the Walton College Career Center prior to a student’s submission in the Resume Book.

Network with Students

Throughout the year, there are various ways for you to network with Walton College students. This includes attending the fall Business Career Fair and/or the spring Business Career Fair Express. Each of these events allows you the opportunity to meet and network with over 600 Walton College undergraduate and graduate students. Click here for details on our next career fair event. Leadership Walton is a student program that blends academics, leadership and career development opportunities specifically designed to guide the student toward lifelong professional success.
