Advantages

A Leadership Walton participant's overall educational experience will include academic training, experiential educational experiences and professional development enhancements above and beyond that of a non-participant. Some of these value-added enhancements include:

• Exclusive recruitment/networking events specifically for Leadership Walton participants and representatives of recruiting companies.
• Special networking time dedicated just for Leadership Walton participants in conjunction with the Business Career Fair.
• Preference, along with Honors students, in the consideration for receipt of the Arkansas Cooperative Education Program in Business Scholarship. Click here for more information on this scholarship.

Recognition

Upon successful completion of Leadership Walton, a graduate of the program will be awarded with a certificate of completion and special recognition within the Walton College.

Eligibility

• All business majors are encouraged to join
• Students must have a minimum of two academic years left to complete the program, or at least four semesters (two Fall semesters and two Spring semesters), transfer students are welcome to apply
• Students must also commit to complete the entire program
