As Director of Communications, Dixie is responsible for all marketing communication and public relations for the Walton College. She works closely with the Graphics Design/Communications Manager to ensure successful branding of the College.

Dixie joined the Walton College staff in the fall of 2000. She was previously the manager of development communications in the University of Arkansas's University Relations department. Prior to that time, she worked in marketing communications for nine years at ALLTEL Information Services in Little Rock. She holds a BSBA in marketing from the Walton College and an MBA from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications.
