My Bui received her Bachelor of Business Administration double majoring in Marketing and Management at Loyola University New Orleans. She also earned her Master of Business Administration at Loyola University New Orleans. My has professional working experiences in promotional marketing through NOLA.com and business development/market research through Intralox, Inc. USA.
My’s research includes consumer regret, rumination, consumer health, and consumer welfare issues. She has presented her research at the Association for Consumer Research, American Marketing Association, Society of Consumer Psychology, and Marketing and Public Policy Conferences. My has published in the Journal of Consumer Affairs and the Journal for Advancement of Marketing Education. Her dissertation examines the effects of anticipated regret, perceived goal progress, and rumination on consumer’s health-related decisions.
During her tenure at the University of Arkansas, My was named the AMA Sheth Doctoral Foundation Consortium Fellow for 2008 and was the recipient of the Robert W. Bell Memorial Scholarship for 2008. My recently accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Marketing at Loyola Marymount University.

Brent D. Williams was a Distinguished Doctoral Fellow at the University of Arkansas in the Sam M. Walton College of Business, while a doctoral candidate in the Department of Marketing and Logistics. He is actively engaged in retail logistics and supply chain management research and has published in the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management and has an article forthcoming in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.
Brent’s research was recently featured in Retailing Today: Connecting Northwest Arkansas and was presented at the Retail Industry Leaders Association Logistics Conference. Brent taught Production and Delivery of Goods and Services in the Walton College Undergraduate Core. He was a recipient of the Robert W. Bell Memorial and Seshadri Scholarships and a member of Beta Sigma Gamma, as well as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
He received a Master of Transportation and Logistics Management from the University of Arkansas and a B.A. in Economics from Lyon College. Brent has recently accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Auburn University.


Elyria Kemp holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Bradley University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Elyria worked for several years in the arts and entertainment industry, including the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, the Madame Walker Theatre Center and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and was named a 2007 AMA Sheth Doctoral Foundation Consortium Fellow.
Elyria’s research interests include consumer research issues related to emotion regulation, death care consumption and nutrition labeling. Elyria has presented her research at the American Marketing Association, Marketing and Public Policy, the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Association for Consumer Research Conferences. Elyria has several publications in the Journal of Consumer Affairs and also serves on the journal's review board. Elyria’s dissertation was on emotion regulation consumption and examines how emotions and self-regulation affect consumption behavior.
While at Arkansas, Elyria was the recipient of the American Marketing Association Valuing Diversity Ph.D. Scholarship and the Northwest Arkansas Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Graduate Scholarship. Elyria recently accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Marketing at Texas State University.
Ahren Johnston earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Masters in Transportation and Logistics Management from the University of Arkansas. Previously, Ahren worked for Master Halco in both Memphis and Kansas City in various roles related to inventory management, purchasing, and inbound and outbound transportation. His most recent position before pursuing a higher degree was as Superintendent of the Memphis branch of Master Halco. Ahren's research focuses on transportation costs, measures of service quality, and cost of service. He recently accepted a position as Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri.
