Molly Rapert received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the College of Business Administration of the University of Arkansas. Returning to the University of Arkansas after receiving her doctorate from University of Memphis, Dr. Rapert teaches in the area of Marketing Management and Global Consumers. She is passionate about teaching, incorporating the unique approach of a readings-based, seminar style undergraduate course which is design in collaboration with her Advisory Board of twenty executives.
She is the recipient of the Beta Gamma Sigma Outstanding Teaching Award (2007), Arkansas Alumni Association Excellence in Teaching Award (2002), Walton College of Business Excellence in Teaching Award (2001, 1998), WCOB Excellence in Service Award (2006, 1993), and the Excellence in Advising Award (1996). Her research work has been published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Professional Services Marketing, Journal of Hospital Marketing, Journal of Health Care Marketing, Health Marketing Quarterly, and Journal of Managerial Issues. She is the Director of the Walton College of Business Center for Teaching Effectiveness and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Walton College Alumni Society, among many other service activities.
Molly and her husband, Jimmy, have four children: Jase, Luke, Jonah, and Marie. She travels with them to Italy each summer where she represents the University of Arkansas, teaching in the CIMBA study-abroad program in Paderno del Grappa.
