While completing a Ph.D. in experimental social psychology, Molly worked in the consumer products industry focused on sales and category analysis. After almost a decade in industry she returned to the University of Arkansas as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the marketing department. While a member of the Walton College of Business faculty, Molly’s teaching focus has been on Consumer Behavior. Her research interests lie in the area of consumer attitude change theory. Currently she is working on curriculum for SAP retail software in collaboration with several other schools in the USA and Canada.
