The Walton College of Business annually awards over $100,000 to currently enrolled undergraduate students majoring in one of the six departmental disciplines: Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Marketing and Logistics, or Management. Cooperative Education (Co-op) is an optional, academic program that enables students to gain degree-related experience prior to graduation. It is a planned, progressive educational strategy in which the student learns about his/her field of study through hands-on experience in the workplace.

The office provides students with various support services and activities that promote recruitment, retention, academic success, and graduation among African American, Asian American, Native American, and Hispanic students.
